Casa Florarlouz is a newly, beautifully renovated villa for 10 people with a private pool and just a 5 minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and the wide white sandy beach of Playa Roche. 

 

The stylishly furnished 300m2 villa is located in Roche (Andalusiē, Cadiz). It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is suitable for families and groups up to 10 people. The house has a lovely veranda with a dining table for 12 people and a very large adjoining terrace with lounge set. From this terrace you can enjoy the view of a beautiful spacious garden with fruit and pine trees and a private pool (10x4m). Your accommodation is located in a child-friendly neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk from the beach, close to a golf course and a supermarket as well as the old and charming coastal town of Conil de la Frontera. This beautiful villa is easily reached via the airport in Jerez, Seville or Malaga.

 

Casa Florarlouz is fully equipped. You have access to air conditioning, outdoor barbecue, internet, outdoor parking and a private pool. In the house there is a television, table tennis table and bed linen for 10 people. The open kitchen with bar is equipped with a dining table, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes/cutlery (12 people) and kitchen utensils.

 

In Roche itself there is a play area for children, a tennis court, a padel court and tree climbing and adventure park, as well as a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and restaurants.
